Basic Membership
● Two (2) routine dental cleanings (scaling, polish, and fluoride treatment included) per 12 month period
● Two (2) routine dental exams (required x-rays included) per 12 month period
● One (1) emergency or specific exam (required x-rays included) per 12 month period
● 10% discount off all additional dental treatment (lab fees, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, dental implants excluded)
● 10% discount off all retail items, bleach kits and refills
● Free Invisalign, Cosmetic, and Implant consultations
● Parking validation for all appointments (attached Cityplace parkade only)
Advanced Membership
● Additional two (2) SCALING appointments included per calendar year to allow for 3-month visits with the hygienist per 12 month period

How Does it Work?
Your hygienist will determine at your initial visit whether you qualify for the Basic or Advanced membership based on your periodontal assessment. You will then be enrolled into a one-year program, with your credit card charged automatically on the same day of each month for the next 12 months (monthly plan) or the same day annually (annual plan). Your status may change during your annual periodontal assessment.
How do I apply?
To apply, simply come in for an initial cleaning and exam (covered under your membership as the first of 2 routine visits), and complete our digital application form. Existing patients who have been in for a recall within 12 months can apply anytime.
A valid piece of ID, credit card and e-mail address are required in order to be added to our secure payment system.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes! After the initial one year minimum commitment, your membership can be easily canceled at any time. Without a cancellation, you will be automatically enrolled into a membership for the following year. Annual members must cancel a minimum of 30 days before their anniversary date.
Any dental work (cleanings included) that is completed within the policy period of your cancellation will be billed at our regular fees, minus the fees already paid for the year.
